kitchen with all things that are necessary for cooking and eating, fridge / freezer, gas stove with 4 plates and oven
bathroom(1,5 windows) natural daylight washbasin with mirror, toilet, natural daylight, full-length bathtub with shower, hairdryer.
The apartment is completely private, own keys, own entrance. Situated in the side wing of an Old Berlin building, on the 5 th. Floor without elevator
L O C A T I O N :
The beautiful Viktoriapark with waterfall and Schinkel Memorial, offering fantastic views of Berlin, is just 2 minutes away by foot. The popular Bergmannstrasse with many attractive cafes, shops and restaurants and the Chamisso quarter with decorative stucco buildings are also nearby on foot. Potsdamer Platz (1 km)and Tiergarten are only about 1.5 km away and Kurfuerstendamm (KaDeWe) about 2 km.
Another 2 minute walk in a different direction takes you to the top of the Kreuzberg in Viktoria Park, the highest geographical elevation of Berlin with the famous liberty monument (Freiheitsdenkmal) by architect Friedrich Schinkel. This vantage point affords a most magnificent 360 degree view overlooking the entire city. It is also the spot that gives Kreuzberg its name.
In the house there is a little gormet market, where you can find everything for your cooking ( many things are BIO)
Shops and supermarkets, bakeries, a liquor store, petrol station etc. are all literally just around the corner. Several supermarkets are close by. Some of these are open until midnight. There are also three large organic supermarkets nearby as well as supermarkets and a market hall with a large selection of organic products and a weekly organic market at Chamissoplatz. Restaurants with a wide range of international cuisines, including gourmet restaurants, are close by.

Extras: In the house there is a little market "schwarze Olive" with all things you need from breakfast to dinner ( many things organic food and self-made) and cácross the street "mister Minch " with the best cake in berlin . People come from everywhere to buy and sometimes you have to wait more than 1/2 hour, but you will like it, or "Curry 36" people are telling " the best Curry Wurst" you ever willl get or Restaurants from cheap to expensive.
