One room is tiny and cosy, the other room is 20m2 big and has a view across Kassel. The house has a garden and a Terrace. To use our kitchen is possible. A seperat toilette, but a bathroom used in common. We are a family with 3 children, parnets and a grandmother.
10 min by foot to the park with Herkules and Castle. Tram nr 3 leads directly into the city centre. The Tntercitytrainstation is not far. There are Restaurants and the thermalwater bath nearby.
