A private bed & breakfast with 10 rooms: 6 of which are double rooms, with a terrace overlooking the sea, 4 (double bed) with terraces overlooking the town centre + sea) = TOTAL 20 beds. All rooms are air-conditioned, with bathrooms (a shower and a toilette) and a maid service.
The sea is right in front of us, where you can berth your boat. We are located in the town centre, next to a newsagent‘s, tourist office, supermarket and a bus station. The nearest beach (concrete) is about 50 meters away. sea. Free parking is provided in front of the bilding as well as the mole for excursion boats to the surroundings: Zrmanja river and Novigrad sea. We also have our own berth for yachts of our guests. In the ground floor (WI-FI area) of our building is the restaurant closed with the glass window giving the clear view to the sea. And for pleasant summer evenings we have 2 terraces, (one of which is covered), and facing the sea. B&B is located in a dead end street which, during the summer evenings, together with the berth turns into a sort of promenade. The restaurant menu is based on the sea and meat specialities with plently of vegetables with selected wines but we also have a vegetarian menu.

The nearest big city is Zadar (industrial, cultural and historical center of Northern Dalmatia), located 45 km from us. It abounds in churches, preserved historic center of the city, museums (Museum of Antique Glass), solar installations, "sun salutation," "Sea Organ", a unique place on the planet ... In our nearby rivers Zrmanja, familiar from the films about the Indian chief "Winnetou". On River Zrmanja held ship tours,Rafting, kayak safari. The national park "Paklenica" (located 3 km from our house), are held on competitions in free climbing.
Nearby: We are between sea and mountains, under Velebit, the longest mountain range in Croatian, in the place is National Park on 95km2, with a remarkably well-preserved nature. The sea is very clean, cooler than usual, because a lot submarine springs of fresh water. In our area has nothing to industry we end suitable for allergy sufferers and children.Stari Grad Paklenica is elongated place, the whole town is located near the sea and beaches are all around ...
Routing: You can get to us in different ways: the easisest way is by car, from Western Europe or over Rijeka taking the old Adriatic motorway towards Split, which is rather curvy and demanding for driving but at the same time it gives unforgetable view over the Adriatic Sea and islands Cres, Krk, Goli, Pag, Rab...distance is 180 kilometers.Faster and more elegant way is by A1 highway Zagreb-Split.We are at 250th kilometer from direction Zagreb, highway exit Maslenica (right after the Sveti Rok tunnel) and
then is only 15 Km to us (road E65 towards Rijeka). It is possible to come by plane using the Zadar airport. For an realistic compensation we can arrange pick up and drop off from the airport. You can also use local bus lines from Zadar to get us.
